Order shipping and tracking

What are the shipping methods and delivery times for an order?

Delivery times range from 1 to 3 working days in mainland Spain (1 or 2 extra days in the Balearic Islands). We do not ship to the Canary Islands.

Delivery times are for orders placed Monday to Friday before 9:00 am. After this time, the period will start on the next working day. During special periods such as Black Friday or Sales, the shipping time may be longer than usual.

Where is my order?

Check the details of your purchases and their status at any time from My Account. You will receive email notifications so you can easily track them. Don't lose sight of our communications.

Can I change the delivery address for an order?

We can change the delivery address of an order while it is being prepared in our warehouses. Once it is ready for shipment or in the hands of the carrier, we can no longer make changes to the order. Check the status in My Orders and, if there's still time, contact our Customer Service team.

Can I cancel my order?

You can ask our Customer Service team to cancel your order as long as it is being prepared in our warehouse. If your order can no longer be canceled, remember that you have 30 days from shipment to easily make changes and returns.

What can I do if I haven't received all the items from my purchase?

In the event that any of the items in your order are out of stock at the last minute and we have not shipped them to you, you will receive an email notification. In addition, we will refund the amount of the out-of-stock items and shipping costs to the same payment method used for the purchase.

What can I do if I have received an incorrect or defective item?

We're sorry that one of the items was not what you expected. Please return it from My Account, indicating on the return form that it is an incorrect or defective item. We will refund the amount of the items plus shipping costs as soon as we receive them in our warehouse.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds

How can I change or return an online purchase?

Returns are FREE. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To do this, you can request free home pickup and we will send a carrier to collect your package:

  • 1. Request home pickup at finaejerique.com. If you are registered, go to the My Account section. Then, select the order containing the product(s) to be returned and, once inside, select it and click on the "Request a Return" option. Once all these steps have been completed, we will proceed with the collection of the package and if the product is in good condition, the full amount of the product will be refunded.
  • 2. Prepare your package. Pack your items securely, in the original packaging if possible, and affix the return label to the package.
  • 3. The carrier will come to your home to collect your package. Once the previous steps have been completed, the carrier will come to your home to proceed with the collection.
How can I check the status of my return?

If you have made a return, your package may take several days to reach our warehouses. You will receive an email when we process the refund for the garments or, in case of an exchange, when we ship the new size you requested.

How and when will I receive my refund?

If it is a return, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase and within 3 to 12 business days from when we receive your package in our warehouses. Remember that we will refund the amount of the garments, not the shipping costs (only if the garment was defective or incorrect). If your purchase exceeded €50, we will not refund the shipping costs since shipping was free.

What are your return conditions?

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Items that have been altered or customized also cannot be exchanged or returned, as they are made exclusively for you and cannot be resold.

Can I get an invoice under my company's name?

Yes. You just have to check the "company" option in personal data and fill in the tax information we request.

I have a promo code, how do I use it?

Before completing your purchase, find the promotional code box where you can add your code (only one per purchase). If no discount is applied, please check the promotion's terms and conditions or its validity period. The code may have expired or the items in your purchase may not be included in the promotion. You will see the accumulated amount you can discount before finalizing your purchase.
