Returns and exchanges

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To do so, you can request free home collection and we will send a carrier to pick up your package:

Delivery times are for orders placed Monday to Friday before 9:00 am. After this time, the period will begin on the next business day. During special periods such as Black Friday or Sales, the shipping time may be longer than usual.

If you are registered, go to the Order history and details section in the My account section. Then, select the order where the product/s to be returned are located, and once inside, select it and click on the Request a return option. Once all these steps have been completed, we will proceed to collect the package and if the product is in good condition, a refund of the total amount of the product will be issued.

Securely package your items, in the original packaging if possible, and attach the return label to the package.

You can obtain a return slip under Merchandise Returns, by selecting your order and printing the "Return Form."

Once the above steps have been completed, the carrier will come to your address to proceed with the collection.

If it is a return, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase and within 3 to 12 business days from when we receive your package in our warehouses.
