Returns and exchanges

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To do so, you can request free home collection and we will send a carrier to pick up your package:

Delivery times are for orders placed Monday to Friday before 9:00 am. After this time, the period will begin on the next business day. During special periods such as Black Friday or Sales, the shipping time may be longer than usual.

To initiate a return, access our returns portal:

Enter your order number and the email address used for the purchase. Then, select the product(s) you wish to return and follow the on-screen instructions.

Once we receive the product and verify that it is in good condition, we will proceed with the corresponding refund according to our return policy.

Securely package your items, in the original packaging if possible, and attach the return label to the package.

You can obtain a return slip under Merchandise Returns, by selecting your order and printing the "Return Form."

Once the above steps have been completed, the carrier will come to your address to proceed with the collection.

If it is a return, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase and within 3 to 12 business days from when we receive your package in our warehouses.
