Returns are FREE

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To do so, you can request free home collection and we will send a carrier to collect your package:

Delivery times are for orders placed Monday to Friday before 9:00 a.m. After that time, the delivery time will start on the next business day. During special periods such as Black Friday or Sales, the delivery time may be longer than usual.

1. Request home collection at finaejerique.com

If you are registered, go to the Order History and Details section in the My Account section. Next, select the order where the product(s) to be returned are located and once inside, select it and click on the Request a return option. Once all these steps have been completed, we will proceed to collect the package and if the product is in good condition, the full amount of the product will be refunded.

2. Prepare your package

Pack your items securely, in the original packaging if possible, and attach the return label to the package.

You can obtain a return note in the Merchandise Returns section by selecting your order and printing the "Return Form".

3. The carrier will come to your home to pick up your package

Once the previous steps have been completed, the carrier will come to your home to proceed with the collection.

In the case of a return, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase and within 3 to 12 business days from when we receive your package at our warehouses.
